Megan began working at HB Retirement in 2005. She joined the company after working at a retirement plan recordkeeper for 7 years in various roles of employee education and account management. Her areas of experience include retirement plan consulting, plan design analysis, investment monitoring, provider and fee benchmarking, business development strategies, plan governance and fiduciary responsibility, financial well-being strategies and program implementation, and practice and business management.

Megan studied political science at Westminster College. Outside of work, Megan spends time with her family, golfs with her husband and two daughters, watches her daughters play soccer and basketball, and enjoys her energetic Bernedoodle, Penny.
