Roblyn Kelly

Roblyn joined HB Retirement in 2023, bringing with her over a decade of experience from her tenure at Empower. During her time at Empower, she excelled as a Relationship Manager, collaborating closely with plan sponsors on various aspects of plan management including daily administration, new plan implementation, plan customization, and industry best practices. In her later years at Empower, she transitioned to the role of Retirement Education Manager, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing the company's education initiatives. Her responsibilities included training in presentation skills, developing participant communication strategies, and implementing effective marketing campaigns.

Educationally, Roblyn pursued her passion for both science and mathematics, earning her undergraduate degree in Natural Science and Mathematics from Edinboro University. She furthered her academic pursuits by obtaining a master's degree in Community Counseling.

Based in the scenic South Hills of Pittsburgh, Roblyn resides with her husband and three children. Outside of her professional endeavors, she can often be found enthusiastically cheering on her children from the sidelines of baseball or soccer fields.
